  • Conscious Business Practice

    • Online consciousness creator Sounds True launched what they called the Inner MBA. This 9-month program presented content and practices that allowed the participant to learn ways to bring spiritual practice to business

  • EMDR & EFT

    • Eye movement desensitation and reprocessing (EMDR) and emotionally focused therapy (EFT) are two practices that work on clearing emotions from the body.

  • Hypnotherapist & Coach

    • Working with clients online and in clinic since 2018. Their issues have been varied from fear of flying, giving up cigarettes, CPTSD, anxiety, depression. 

  • Television Journalist

    • I worked as a journalist for WIN TV in Wollongong for approximately three years covering some significant stories. Television news gave me an appreciation for matching words and vision.  

  • Radio Journalist

    • My radio journalism career had me working in three states and for six broadcasting stations, including the ABC. Radio journalism requires very tight deadlines and accurate reporting. This is the role I had when I met Nelson Mandela at NSW Parliament House.

  • Media Consultancy

    • I had my own media consultancy business for approximately 10 years, working mainly for church groups and community services departments. We often worked and collaborated on large projects, and these were some of the best moments.

  • Sunshine Coast International Readers and Writers Festival 2016 

    • I volunteered at the inaugural Sunshine Coast International Readers and Writers Festival in 2016, which was held at Coolum Beach. 

  • Therapists Workshops

    • In 2019, I volunteered to assist the Byron Clinic when leading therapists, like Bessel van der Kolk, came to Brisbane to present workshops.

  • Voices On The Coast

    • I volunteered on several occasions when Australian children's writers converged on the Sunshine Coast University campus

  • Conference Presenter

    • I was a key presenter on two online summit ran by the Jacquin Hypnosis Academy. My first subject was the Five Processes in the Buddhist Practice of Mindfulness, and the second was a Guided Meditation to Establish a Connection to Spiritual Guides.
